We brought you news a couple of weeks ago about the unidentified winner of China’s biggest lottery prize.  The man won a massive 360 million yuan after buying 44 identical Double Color Ball tickets which cost just  just 176 yuan.

The winner has now been out to collect his winnings and speculation about his identity continues as he was wearing a facial mask and sunglasses, he has become known as the most wanted man in China! All that is known about him is that his surname is An and he is from Anyang.

His plans for himself include expanding his current buisness but also he is going to be helping others, a 9 year old girl is set to benefit by having her medical bills paid and a fund is to be set up to help local charities. He spoke about maintaining his current lifestyle and will be spending the money wisely.
