Seguro Ndabene is known as the luckiest lottery player in Canada, whilst most of us dream of winning just the once Ndabene has won the lotto 5 times in the past 5 years.

His past windfalls include $1 million twice, $100,000 and $50,000 and then in January he topped the lot by scooping $17 million in the Super 7 draw.

However this time around he is having to fight for his money because his claim to be the sole winner is being disputed by Tony Koprnicky who says the winning ticket was part of a group  purchase and he wants his share!

Koprnicky happens to be the brother in law of the lady who runs the kiosk where the ticket was bought, he maintains that he was part of an open group agreement that was being run by the kiosk.

It seems that this story is going to run and run before the courts decide whether Koprnicky does have a claim to the money, Ndabene meanwhile insists the win was just good fortune on his part. He says he has no winning system he just plays often.
