Play Powerball

November 10th, 2009 Viv No comments

With all the news surrounding EuroMillions and the SuperEnalotto the American lotteries have taken a back seat for aUSA - Powerball change over the past few weeks, however back to buisness,  lets have a look what Powerball has been getting up to.

The jackpot currently stands at US$ 96,000,000, it has been building up since October 14th which is when the jackpot was last won, it is the second largest in the world at the moment, just behind the SuperEnalotto which is at  €85,100,000.

Powerball uses a 5/59 and 1/39 play matrix and is drawn twice a week on Wednesday’s and Saturday’s so you still have time to get stuck into Wednesday’s draw and be in with a chance of scooping that mega jackpot all for yourself.

However should you not be so lucky as to match all the numbers for the big one you could still be in for a prize as Powerball goes down nine levels, at the last level all you have to do is match the Powerball and the odds of doing that come in at a nice 1 in 62.

You do not have to be resident in the US to play Powerball you can play quite legally through the Lotter and for just US$12.50 for five tickets it has to be worth a go.
